I had a last minute request for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered the next morning (I made the request the previous evening). Mary’s communication was amazing and she was able to deliver the flowers on time! Very impressed and will be using this flower shop again in the future!

Florist's Response:

I didn't know she is a baker, what a perfect choice for her. The cups come in assorted colors, sorry she didnt get a pink one, but Im glad she liked it ☺️

Beautiful bouquet and I really appreciate that I got a call about the delivery due to concern over the weather. She even offered to delay the delivery until the weather improved.

Ordered flowers for valentines day maybe two weeks prior, they arrived on valentines day around 5-6 or so. Beautiful arrangement, was absolutely everything i expected to see and more. Especially since i ordered online, there was plenty of room to be let down. I was not let down at all! Gorgeous flowers, that are still looking great on our table 11 days later.

I sent flowers to my mother from Bella Rosa Flores just as thank you and let them pick the design. They came out beautiful and my mother loved them. They always do such a great job. Thank you Val Rosa.

Mary went above and beyond after I submitted a wrong address by 1 number. She tracked down the order and ended up replacing it the following day. I would recommend Bella Rosa Floral Design because they provide great customer service and the flowers were amazing.

We sent this arrangement to our aunt for her 102nd birthday, and my cousin said it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever gotten. She was very complimentary of the freshness and beauty of the flowers and the prompt delivery time. I was so pleased to hear about the exceptional service and hope we can send her another bouquet from Bella Rosa next year!

Awwww that makes me smile! Im so happy I was a part of her special day

Bella Rosa designed a beautiful Christmas arrangement for my mother. I included a note, asking that they not include anything that might be toxic for my mom's cat. Not only did they do that, they included an adorable "Meowy Christmas" card with the flowers, which are stunning. The reds are so vibrant. My mother was over the moon. I will definitely order from Bella Rosa again in the future. Thank you!

Bella Rosa delivered a beautiful Thanksgiving arrangement to my mom. She does not hear well so we text mainly. I asked the florist to text me when they were close to her house so I could text her. They did and she was able to get the arrangement off her porch quickly. She absolutely loved them! Thank you for making my moms Thanksgiving special!!

I had a last minute idea while my dearest cousin from Colorado has been here in Texas for 2 weeks helping me with my beloved Mama who is bedridden.——- Much longer story short, I searched for florists in her hometown to send a thank you plant upon her arrival back home . Mary with Bella Rosa was so patient with me and although didn’t have the plant I wanted, she found one and after my cousin had to sit on the tarmac for an hour and then more delays once she made her connecting flight arriving home at 1:45am!!—— She was welcomed by a beautiful
Sansevieria plant that she liked while at our home.~~ Thank you Mary!!
